First, it is worth noting that this is a question for women. The question itself is actually pretty reasonable. It's not like women are getting completely screwed over in terms of reproduction. They are, but it's hardly anything compared to men.
Men are simply doing way worse at reproducing than they should be, thanks to the sexist society we live in. But the question goes deeper than that. The questioner wants a baby of his own one day, but he feels stuck in life because he doesn't have one yet.
To him, that day will always be "one day" away. He is trying to be optimistic about it though and assume that he will get there in the end. But the underlying problem here is not so much the lack of kids as it is about his masculinity.
He wants to reproduce so badly because he wants to be a man, but he feels like he can't do so because his reproductive organs don't work properly.
